Saving the best

The working out thing is still going strong! For breakfast I had some yummy apple cinnamon oatmeal, a mixed fruit cup for a snack, two vegetarian tacos for lunch, and veggie nuggets with steamed veggies for dinner! I did snack on a small amount of chips and salsa for a before dinner snack. I didn't make it out to the gym today. Thursdays are so long(as are Tuesdays) and I just did not feel like going. I'm really anxious to get back to the gym tomorrow though! I actually love getting on the machines and feeling the burn and sweat! I also love the feeling of knowing that the harder I work, the more likely I am to actually be 10 pounds lighters by the end of the month! I bought a pair of size 12 jeans yesterday! I know it's not much, but being a former size 7/8 and being in excellent shape then, it was hard to see myself barely fitting into size 14 clothes. Most of the girls that I work with are itty bitty, and I feel like my weight has been holding me back from a lot of things at work. I also think that you just feel better when you're healthier and lighter.

School is going good too. Geography is proving to be a little mind boggling, but I know that if I can get through a summer course of College Algebra, I can do almost anything as far as academics are concerned. Well, with the exception of a higher math class than College Algebra. My history classes are great, economics is giving me an interesting challenge, mostly due to the fact that it is held at 8am and I can barely keep my eyes open to pay attention to whatever it is he is talking about. But, that's college for ya!

I'm probably off to bed soon, I've been decorating this evening and am ready to close my eyes and dream of...something. Later!
